For proper working of dispatcher connections service based on CSTA it is required to install both : kClient and kCstaMonitor software.

Note! The firmware for KKO4 ISDN card is uncompatible with former KKO-CAS cards (ver 2 and 3).
Upgrading is carried out by network cable according rules described in documents
and help files.

The newest version of kClient software: X.19 (October 30,2009) - download it from a table - see below.
The newest version of kServer software: 2.16 (November 5,2007) - download it from a table - see below.
This is compatible for : KKOv2 , KKOv3 and KKOBP.

Note! After upgrade of firmware (EPROM programming) you have to close JMP1 jumper and press reset button on the card (cold reset).
